The principal regularly targets students with derogatory comments about their weight a clear act of body shaming that violates a learner's constitutional right to human dignity under Section 10 of the Constitution. Additionally, the practice of seizing students entire school bags overnight over minor disciplinary matters is illegal. Under Section 8A of the South African Schools Act, property confiscation is strictly limited to cases involving suspected illegal drugs, alcohol, or dangerous weapons. Withholding learning materials overnight directly infringes upon a student's constitutional right to basic education under Section 29. Management must be held accountable for these unlawful actions.

How us as learners feel around the Principal
This school is good the teachers teach properly but the principal is racist he doesn’t understand when learners try to explain when they are wrong. On another day he found a white learner smoking but he didn’t do anything to him he didn’t even call the learner’s parents but if it’s black child it’s a big issue he fails to understand learners and he is racist he swears kids the principal of Parklands high school should be out and they should choose another principal we can’t be scared of going to school because of him
