Good day parents, I am writing to express my disappointment with the operational practices of Willow Mead Secondary School. Throughout the year, I have been expecting my son to receive grade 10 term reports, but he has consistently informed me that his teacher had not prepared the reports, citing various excuses. As today marked the closing of the final term, I visited the school myself after my son returned home without a report, having been told on three separate occasions that the reports were not yet printed. Upon arrival, I found that the security personnel had already locked the gate and advised me to return the following day, as I was not the only parent facing this issue. I am concerned that the reports may not accurately reflect my son's performance, given the last-minute printing. Is this practice acceptable? How should I proceed in this situation, fellow parents?
