Bullying and Intimidation by some Welties Educators
It is concerning when a school is supposed to be a safe place for children and educators should be in loco parentis, the opposite holds true. Some teachers at Welties seem to get pleasure by constantly intimidating and bullying kids, and labeling and dehumanizing them in front of their peers. Instead of being the adult, and displaying professionalism, these educators come down to the level of the children by demeaning these kids. For these educators, teaching may no longer be a "calling". If you are really frustrated, find an alternative career path. Or else some parents will have no alternative but to report such educators to the ISDO of that District as well as to SACE. Such young children cannot end up committing suicide because of teachers who verbally abuse and intimidate them.
Bullying teachers
Some of the teachers that teach bigger grades are really pathetic. They can’t control their emotions, they Yell!!! Shouts and Scream !! No decency at all. The teachers are bullying us!! They’re adults that competes with kids…. The way they throw tantrums….it’s shameful….

The teachers are just the opposite of what they preach. They’re the number One bullies, calling learners names, belittling the learners, screaming like mad monsters and shouts unnecessarily. Others are on their phones during teaching times. Some teachers are very short-tempered….Others use their venac when teaching which doesn’t benefits the learners. As for the point system which is a good idea, but some teachers are misusing it or they use it as tool to threaten the learners….The main problem is bad attitude towards their learners, they set no good example.
Really wish they could walk the talk in the classrooms.
There are good teachers as well, just that the bad ones outnumber the good ones… A big thank you to those that value and love their job and make a positive change in the lives of the learners.

got scared my kids always had little tumbled so bad they needed stitches broken arms no one ever saw what really happed . New school no trips to emergency. few years now.
