I am a first year student studying Informatics Foundation and my experience so far has been excellent. We don't miss any lecturing hours unnecessarily. There are so many computer labs which fully cover not just us ICT students, but all students. If there's anyone who's willing to study IT or other computer related courses, i totally recommend them to apply at TUT Sosha campus ICT faculty because thats where they should be.
