A religious institution, The Torah Academy gave me the fundamentals of living a true spiritual and morally principled life. From pregrade to matric we are blessed with phenomenal teachers who are role models for society.
The education system is extremely unique, with small classes geared to giving personalized attention to every student, insuring that no one feels bogged down by any work. The dedication of teachers is unbelievable, I spend many a Sunday of my Matric year at my baths teachers house, working my way through tutorials, learning the names of her dogs and sipping a tea while having an ear to listen to all my stress.
The school features a newly renovated science lab, a media centre and high trained staff who are committed to ensuring every student achieves the highest grades possible.
The facilities on campus also cater to athletic students, with two sports fields, cricket nets, an action soccer court as well as two recently renovated tennis courts.
There are bi-weekly after school sports training and competitive matches against other teams.
One of the highlights of my schooling was lifting the Independent Schools Soccer league trophy in Grade 9.
