Steyn City School

Horrible school would not recommend

This school only favours the rich and the teachers children. Parents fell on hard times during Covid, removed their kids as they knew they can’t afford the fees any longer. The school has enlisted a very shady attorney- Casper Le Roux who is intimidating the parents and now attaching the little they have left. Steyn City should be ashamed!

The school was nice. People were friendly and the school was safe. However, I didn’t learn much at that school. If you were to ask me what I learnt during the day, I would only say 1 or 2 things or even just avoid answering. I spent grade 2-5 there and in grade 5 I started to detest going to school. I just felt like it didn’t work for me. I just wanted to have break. There isn’t much bullying and the teachers (most of them) are very nice. However, I felt like I wasn’t learning much. This is subjective though and other students may have learnt a lot. If you are a parent looking to see if STEYN City School is good, it’s great! It’s clean, they people are nice, there’s not much bullying (I never really got bullied there), and a diverse range of activities after school. But you should ask your child what they learnt so they don’t have to stay in a place where they don’t learn much. This applies to all schools as well.
