Kids do not have acces to water and toilets are dirty
The toilets are dirty the owner locked water taps for kids not to flush or use water the situation is so bad. Teachers are changing nappies with no sufficient water to wash their hands. Infections and dehydration of kids is bound to happen. Can someone report to social development if this is not adressed quickly.
