Don’t punish your kids
Do not send your kids to this hell hole. The school is controlled by an old guy who thinks he knows what he’s doing but actually is clueless. The school is losing good teachers left and right but nothing is done. A strong tendency of favoritism and nepotism is shown to teachers own kids above all the other students. The school is only looking for money and doesn’t care about the well-being of students or quality of education they receive. Do not send your kids here.
New lies
Horrible school, someone has lied saying they changed it. It is a complete mess and bullies. Also mean people. If you live your kids don't send them!!
Its much better
They used to have a few problems as the other comments have said but the school has done a complete change, and the school is much better.
The truth
It may seem to be a good school, i admit it at first i thought it was great when i started but sadly... Apparently its corrupt i dont know the whole story but anyways teachers are bullies and once i over heard teachers conversations numerous times. Once one of the teachers said im bullshit and i overheard one talk about how much money their milking out of a parent. These people cover up things with lies too. Honestly the education is average but the teachers are just straight up bullies. Please don't put your kids here. Im not going to go into high detail of everything but heres one more thing, someone acted like a security guard and had been in our school for months before the other guys found out.

The Best Secondary School in Kempton Park!
The Secondary School is a dynamic and fun place to be educated. The teachers are of a high calibre. The Secondary Schools academic record and accolades speak for themselves. The Principal is innovative, caring and approachable. All three of my children attended. Shangri-laHooha!!! Small school BIG difference!!!
Run Far Away
Not a good school. The teachers are bad and the high school is even worse. Do not send your children here, only if you want them to do badly. They lie about extracurriculars and make them seem great but they don't have any activities after school.
Run from Shangri La
Shangri La is a terrible school. Do not go there. The primary school is excellent but the high school is run by a corrupt principal. Management is poor and they are greedy for money.

I developed severe anxiety and depression cause of this school. If you love your kids don't send them here. This school is ridiculously good at pretending they're amazing but they're a lie.
