Rylands High School relies on what I refer to as the seven pillars of achievement: these pillars are academics, sport, culture, technology, leadership, outreach, and service. Trust me when I say that Rylands High is constantly growing and excelling in all these areas. All schools have flaws and we need to accept that the rumors of Rylands will always be around but one thing i can say is that the school does take the necessary measures when they need to. They produce good students and the rylands family are really close. The opportunities given along the way are amazing. It's honestly amazing to cross paths with people who will not only become friends but will become family.
My experiences as an ex student
The school has always favoured the kids that are "smarter" by getting them help with their career paths while the rest had to deal with it on their own. They say they care about all of the children when they really don't. The school is also very problematic and can't take criticism.
They are problematic
The school is very problematic, they dont handle bulling properly. Favorites are always chosen and the rules never apply to them. The school has been unprepared when it came to the time tables and class list for all 5 years that I've been there. Some teachers are amazing but there are a few that bullies the children
Best experience at rylands high
I've had the best experience at this school so far, I've met great people here and I've learnt alot from the school, they have the best teachers
