    Not a good place to work

    Panorama Primary is a toxic environment. How do you run a school if management can’t get along? Principals words were she will not hire a man in her SMT team. When learners fail, you get called into the board room for a meeting as it is your fault. They do not care about any point of view. Teachers are under no circumstance to sit behind their desks, the principal and 2nd in charge watch the teachers continuously on the cameras on their phones to see what teachers a doing wrong which is 99% o...

    Toxic Management at Panorama Primary

    My experience working there was traumatic. Was head hunted to work there. Started off great. Then came to realise that the 2nd in charge there gets all the teachers dismissed or fired if they intimidate her. In period of a year there were 3 teachers replaced in that grade. She didn’t care about disruption to the learners as her ego is too big and 99% kids are of color so no skin off her back. All the other staff are afraid of her and toe the line to keep their jobs.     PANORAMA IS BETTER THAN CONSTANTIA KLOOF PRIMARY

    Better than Constantia kloof Primary because constantia kloof teachers have anger issues

    Good school

    No bad experience at all , we appreciate the effort from our educators . The school is well organised, information is clear and sent in time. Great sport activities. Keep it up
