Placing your child in an institution like this is the gravest error a parent can commit.
The impressive appearance of this school's buildings and facilities is a deceptive facade. I urge you to disregard these superficial trappings and instead scrutinize the quality of education and the academic outcomes produced by other local schools.
Superior educational establishments, such as Marist Brothers, exist within the vicinity, offering dedicated, unbiased teachers who are genuinely committed to their students' success.
Behind the scenes, there's a lot of favoritism. The school gives positions and opportunities to kids of powerful parents, even if those students aren't deserving. This means that qualified kids who actually earned their spot get pushed aside. It's not about who is the best, but about who you know. This is all because of what the parents do for the school and close family links with the board.
Do not be misled into believing your child will receive a quality education here. The environment is profoundly toxic. Should you voice a concern, the staff will retaliate by mistreating your child.
Bullying is another serious issue that remains unaddressed. The teachers, who often behave as peers rather than authority figures, fail to intervene when students are unfairly targeted.
My review may be dismissed, but I implore you to examine the long-term results of this school compared to its established local counterparts. I speak from painful personal experience to prevent other parents from making a decision that could ultimately harm their child. This is, regrettably, a case where appearances are a stark contrast to reality.
Extremely satisfied with the small classes and attention to detail. My children are always happy to go to school and have many positive stories to tell when they come home!
Protect your children from this so called Catholic school. Looks good on the surface but when your child feels so unhappy and left out then you have to question why. I later learned that some of the 5 star ratings on google are either church members or family of the principal. I feel so misinformed. We enrolled after one of their open days. Worst decision of my life.
A small school with a bright future. My 2 children was happy. They received care and guidance and with hard work they excelled. Strong Christian ethos with family feel. Young high school that will improve with experience.
Our Lady of Lebanon School has been a wonderful step into a good solid Catholic school, the ethos is upheld and filters into my child's life daily.
She is happy when she comes home and her teacher is in constant communication with us. I would be more than happy to recommend this lovely school to parents looking for a catholic education.
Food rated 1 as my child does not attend aftercare and brings own lunch.
My children are so much happier after leaving. I don't recommend this school. Do not let the fancy facilities fool you. This school is all about quantity instead of quality. I'm very disappointed in myself for allowing my children to tolerate unfairness, bullying and an extremely toxic environment for such a long time.
