Orchards Primary School (Tw)

I called in asking for an account number for the school because I had lost my phone. I was transferred to the finance department where a lady answered and gave me an incorrect account I repeated the number to make sure it is the correct one. She answered with an attitude and did not know even care.. Tried depositing money it did not go through it was an invalid account number. I wanted to pay for my child's excursion for Grade R. When I call in today asking for the lady they say she's not available and there's nothing they could do the date has closed yesterday. How do I tell a 6year old they can't go to a trip they've been waiting for. One asks themselves are these people the same people that we live our kids in their care for half of the day... They're very arrogant even the teachers are arrogant. The Orchards Primary school staff has the worse staff.

I have a child in this school that has been there for the past 6 years and now I moved my nephew from Free State to live with due the circumstances of education from the free state province... I’ve been at The Orchards Primary School since last year towards the end . And I’ve been returned from the gate that no one is allowed due to covid19 pandemic. And all parents should come in January in which was still the same problem of being returned... Last week I went to trying getting my nephew the space or at least to put him on a waiting list as mr Tau working on admission department told me that he won’t be able to help me, my wife went in a different day also trying to get the child on the waiting list, still they denied to do so. Today my wife went to meet the principal, mr Lehobye in person but the head master has refused to talk to the parent at all. And he give the parents a very bad attitude. And also Tau said we can even go report him at department of education, they have him contacts, they’ll call him with the matter.. I have a child in the same school and I cannot afford to take the other child to a different school in which is multiple kilometres away from the orchard primary school.. Principal Lehobye and his employee Tau has a very bad attitude and they forgot one thing that they’re there to help the community, they do everything as they own the school. I’m very disappointed to see people we call leaders has discriminating the parents, wondering that what happens to our kids at school...
