Opti-Baby Bedfordview

It's the 2nd week my Granddaughter has been attending Opti-Baby Bedfordview. Yesterday, I got disturbing news from my daughter. As it turns out when my daughter arrived to pick up the baby(my granddaughter), simultaneously my son-in-law was viewing the live camera feed. This was not planned. It was mere coincidence. I am disgusted to mention that the teacher pulled the blanket of the child and picks her into a standing position from a deep sleep. To me, as a parent and a grandparent, I cannot come to terms and accept this treatment of any child and certainly not my Granddaughter. I can only imagine what must have gone through the mind of this little child and could have been somewhat traumatising. My Granddaughter, an absolute happy go lucky and brilliant child gets treated with this kind of somewhat cruel behaviour, makes you wonder what else could possibly be happening. I'm hoping as a grandparent that my Daughter will immediately have my granddaughter removed from this school. I just need to have comfort that my Granddaughter will have the best care and treatment. And not have nightmares and fear of attending school. VERY VERY CONCERNED GRANDPARENT.

I am so greatfult to have found Opti-Baby and Kids Bedfordview especially in these times with the Covid pandemic where they take every precaution. I love that my baby boy gets to go to a school where it feels more like a family than a cold and lifeless school environment. My little boy has thrived at Opti-Baby and i know he is well looked after and cared for with the added peace of mind of getting to checkin, if needs be via the cameras. Opti-Baby Bedfordview and its amazing teachers have become our extended family and helped to take our 3 month old baby to a mighty 10 month old who never stops smiling. Melissa
