Northcliff Hill Nursery School / Baby Centre

Honestly the one star is for the great job in teaching my child . The teachers are so amazing and kind and are good at their job . However i am soo appalled by the treatment from the principal and a few things about the school in general. 1. Kids eat one and the same meal EVERYDAY. Never eating anything else. 2. The principal promises things they never lived up to. They claim they have robotics but i’ve never heard my child talk about doing it . I heard from another parent that they hardly do it at all its just for pictures when they do. 3. They are so awful at keeping track of their finances i’m convinced there is no accountant. At the end of the school year she gave me total of money she claimed we owe from previous years that she failed to tell us then ?! And i asked other parents they had the same story. She says we owe money but cant clearly state what it was for?! She fights and does not want anyone to question her. Our kids didn’t graduate or get final reports because of this. 4. No term reports in the years my child went there (since 2022) , only got a report for just one term! 5. The principal claims to have a primary school but Grade Rs are in the same class with kids in grade 1,2 and 3 i believe. All taught by the same teacher? How? 6. There are no school trips or outings .

This is the best school in the area by far. My boy is now eager to learn and loves to go to school. He enjoys building Robotics and Coding and construction blocks. He adores his Teacher and loves swimming activities. Thank you, we appreciate what you are doing for our children.

My child has been in northcliff hill since she was 2 months. The teachers have given me open communication at all times. My child has never cried upon arrival and pick up. Its been 4 years now and she is excited for school always taking about her principal teacher charmaine and her class teacher. She is very happy and enjoys coming home to tell me what she has learned. My child has grown to love school activities such as creative time, puzzle building, 6 bricks, robotics and bible lessons. Thank you so much teacher charmaine for providing a save and secure enviourment for my child!

Our baby has been a picky eater before he joined Northcliff Hill NS, but now he eats well and loves the school food which is all he wants to eat at this stage. Northcliff Hill NS provides a healthy well balanced cook vegetarian meal every day. We are so grateful for these healthy meals, since our little one is happier than ever before and our lives have become easier since he is also well stimulated emotionally, socially and academically.
