Thriving at NDS
My children were at NDS from preschool through to Matric and are just thriving.
They have become independent and confident young adults, with such heart and the skills they learnt at NDS are serving them so well in navigating university now.

I am so grateful to have found a space for my boy where he is accepted for who he is. He loves the huge grounds where he can run and climb trees.
The smaller classes allow him to ask the questions he needs to and he is thriving academically.

Dangerous for your child- please consider carefully
I chose this school a few years ago for thier 'inclusive' and 'open' approach to schooling pedagogy, but in less than a year my child's OT asked that we move our child out as a matter of urgency.
We encountered problems of bullying due to mixed age classes with different abilities, neglect as children were left completely alone during break times, and shame and exclusion from teachers when the child did not live up to expectations during lessons.
This caused on-going issues and we are ashamed to be associated with this school.

The calm, peaceful environment, small classes, nurturing and attentive approach and the love and care of each teacher, allowed him to be himself and build his confidence in a way that really made me proud as a mom. The communication and conflict resolution skills he learnt at NDS have proven to be invaluable.
