Where you know more about what's going on in their personal life than you do about your child. Where the teachers are online on WhatsApp 24/7.... But can't be bothered to answer you on queries you may have regarding your child. They come 30 to 40 minutes late to pick up your child from home and then get irritated and catty if you should complain. What an awesome school... My child was traumatised by how they handled a delicate situation and I was told on WhatsApp to send my child to therapy. Not even phoned or called in. When I wanted to confront them immediately after they couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone.
