Brothers for life
Absolutely phenomenal school. Especially as a boarder. The school strives to help boys become kind, courageous and hardworking men. The boys have a brotherly bond that lasts a lifetime.

The view of a College boy
A terrible school with blatant bias and favourites in the school and time wasting activities when boys could be having a social life or focusing on academics. The boarding establishment makes boys feel trpped and controlled as they have no freedom. Not reccomended

From a Maritzburg College student
Terrible school, with lots of bullying and teachers not punishing fairly and showing favouritism therefore giving there favourite students no punishment. I do not recommend this school.

Maritzburg College Application Process Disaster
Probably the most rude applications administrator we have ever come across. I am so disappointment in this person people skills and she should not be in this position if she is unable to have some decency and respect.

College is a great school
College teaches boys the values which are important to have in life beyond school. it is real. It is Fun. There is a place for every boy and opportunity for any boy to excel.

Proudly Red-Black-White
What rubbish is being spewed here about a proud and noble school! What utterly ignorant, poisonous and puerile views - I loved my time at Maritzburg College, received a first-rate education, and made lifelong friends. I have remained heavily involved in its Old Boys' Association and its governing body, and remain HUGELY impressed by its utter dedication to providing a first-rate, all-round education for its boys. Proudly Red-Black-White - ALWAYS
These reviews are appalling and untrue. What diabolical service this is - allowing anonymous people with axes to grind, spewing tired, ignorant opinions and denigrating a much-loved institution. Maritzburg College is a GREAT school, and I will always be proud to have been produced by the home of the Red-Black-White.

College isn’t what it was.
As a college boy I can’t say it is a terrible school amongst bad schools and as a black boy who isn’t a big time sports star it’s way worse.

Don't go to College!!!
The school only cares about future students and marketing, they don't care about you anymore once you there. Dont listen to the marketing team, all they do is lies. College is not as fun as they say it is. They only care about money and not their students. College is way different once u there. Trust me, you will regret going to College within the first week. Its ridiculous how much they hide from the public. This only shows that they are scared to loose future called "College boys" You are only a number that pays money for nothing at College THIS SCHOOL IS OVERATED!!!!
