Unprofessional Management
I was very disappointed with my experience at Aristo Residence. In my experience, the residence mother and her husband were often unnecessarily critical and always seemed to have something negative to say, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. I also felt that some female residents were treated unfairly. A student residence should be a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards creating a more positive experience for all residents.
