LaLa Land Christian Academy

There are very few specifically Christian schools in our areas and to have found this one made the absolute difference for my girls. My eldest started at La la land in the year that she turned 3 and my youngest started at 3 months. They have a sense of ownership towards the school and would miss it even on weekends. They recall the little bunnies that one would find bouncing around on the plot too. Having moved more than 2 years ago, my girls still miss the school and emotionally recount all the friends made and experiences had there.

The level of care and dedication that I found in the educators and the principle over the many years went beyond duty and has led to life-long relationships that I would never want to lose. The Christian foundation that is nursed in to them lasts for years after they leave and really helps them to form a sense of responsibility to self and to those around them. They literally have lessons and praise and worship and the celebration of holy days in a manner that is fun for the kids but also educational too. The curriculum is also of a high standard and the time is taken to cultivate the talents of each child. There are fun days and I found that even the parents enjoyed these so much that we all started inviting extended family members to come and have fun with the children and to be able to see all the incredible things that they can do (aunties and oupas become so competitive). The sharing and fellowship on prayer days is deep and there is actually value to be gained from the parent evenings and updates.

Given another chance, I would definitely take my girls to this school again and I remain more than an ambassador for childhood development done the La la Land Christian Academy way.
