Lack of Accountability and Action
The school is akin to a grave, beautiful on the outside.... The school requested, a while back, that I provide more clarity regarding my review. In short, my child was bullied when in grade 3 by two grade 6 pupils and it got to the point where I had to involve the Dept of Education on two occasions as the management failed to intervene. The school's management then called me in for a meeting to tell me that Tygerpoort wasn't the school for us and the solution to the bullying was for us to leave....

Great school for entitled bullies!
I'll keep this as short as possible... My sister's son was bullied and removed from Tygerpoort. The bully was the son of a prominent doctor who financially "contributed " considerably to the school. The principal downplayed it and never addressed or sanctioned the bully who inturn understood that he can get away with his actions. Bullying encouraged at this school
Bullying a big problem at this school. School board and headmaster well aware and they ignore and sweep any complaints under the rug. Be forewarned.
