Good School
i am quite happy here, i’m not crazy about my school but i dont hate it. staff are slightly apathetic when it comes to putting in any extra effort, they dont show up for anything past 2 o’ clock, but I’m passing with decent marks which is all I really need

Staff only care about paychecks
it would be nice to have teachers actually INTERESTED in teaching the material. Not bad for the only option in the area to do Cambridge A levels, but if there is another option it would likely be better. (Please let me know if you find another option by responding to my comment). I wish there was another way to complete my training in A levels, but this is sufficient I suppose.

Just a So-So experience
theres nothing particularly wrong with this school, but our principal is a bit of a joke and our teachers are quite apathetic. Maths and Physics teachers are mediocre, the rest are okay. wouldn’t recommend, but its ok if its your only option to do your A levels.

Terribly handled sexual assault situation!
Long story short there is a male student who has several sexual harassment cases against him. There is another male student who has several rape cases against him. Neither of the incidents happened on school property, but they are not allowing people in the same year group as them (grade 10) to attend class from home or to leave the classroom if they are uncomfortable. I am furious at how they are handling the situation. As a female, I do not feel safe. Neither do the rest of my classmates.

Superb experience.
Fantastic school for finishing my A Levels. The amazing quality of teaching led to my getting the highest English Language A Level grade in South Africa in my year of tuition. Staff genuinely care about their students’ wellbeing, and are warm and friendly. Brilliant education and phenomenal pastoral care. Highly recommend this school for anyone looking to tackle the tough Cambridge board of examinations.
