School standards have dropped
They have favoritism, some children achieve more than 90% but they give merits according to who they like. FOUNDATION PHASE TOILETS ARE FILTHY.The school needs to be fair and not do things according to whom they like. They also do not pay attention to students, last time a teacher was asked about a child progress ,he did not even know who the student was .I am afraid in 5 years time that school will have no reputation. Their standards have dropped.

Toxic Environment That Broke My Confidence
I attended I.R. Griffith many years ago, and to this day, it remains one of the worst environments I have experienced. While a small number of teachers were kind and supportive, the overall culture allowed bullying and humiliation from certain staff members. Learners who struggled were not helped they were singled out, mocked, and embarrassed in front of the entire class. This was treated as “teaching,” which is unacceptable. Favouritism was very obvious, and learners were treated very differently depending on who they were. As a quiet learner going through a difficult time at home, I was targeted instead of supported. I was humiliated in class, called names, had my books thrown, and was unfairly removed from lessons. I was even isolated, with other learners discouraged from speaking to me. No child should have to go through that at school. It got to the point where I would pretend to be sick just to avoid going. That is not a safe or healthy learning environment. Although I appreciate the few teachers who genuinely cared, my overall experience was damaging. It broke my confidence, and I would not recommend this school to any parent. It was only after leaving and attending a more supportive school that I was able to rebuild myself and perform well academically.

For parents not take their kids to that horrible school.
Worst school ,they diagnose kids and are not patient.the staff are super disrespectful, they don't follow the POPI act ,they disclose financial and personal issues to discuss and judge you .The Principal is very rude not considerate

its a business not a school
There is nothing holistic about a school that enabled a child being bullied by an adult in their employ!

IRG was okay
I used to attend IRG, from grade 1 right up until grade 7. The school is full of great staff members and gives all it's students a chance to excel.
