HOERSKOOL JAN VILJOEN!!! OH I think high school has very big shoes to fill, I mean everybody expects so much of it🏫for example they expect it to be the best years of their lives or the years that determine the rest of their joy and reactions towards future situations🔮Don't get me wrong I definitely agree but...i also think high school is WHAT YOU WANT it to be🚶‍♀️regardless of what building you're in or whose occupied in it it's all up to how you view it, it can both be a Blessing🌟 or the most Unpleasant of all🌚Choose wisely!! 🥂
HERE'S WHAT I'VE REFLECTED IN MY SCHOOL👩‍🎓
My school has had tremendous setbacks and I say this recalling the time it was trending on the media and Facebook and so forth all for the wrong reasons🚸.. BULLYING. I'm only a kid but I can see they don't handle bullying in the right manner, instead... Jan Viljoen threatens the students patronizing all of us including the innocent ones!😣This has happened to the extent of them removing our break times and I disagree with that on every level🤕...but in the end a bullying campaign came to our school and they educated us a little more about it and left us satisfied🙂❤️
Moving on to the Teachers. This school has THE best educators simply because they're so dedicated to what they do.💡
Then the Actual education, like I said high school is what you make it and if you focus on books 🗞️like you're supposed to then Jackpot🤩Jannas has so many educational opportunities for instance you have a good chance of going overseas🎬 if you're featured on the top ten I've seen many succeed in that category, including myself📚
Sports is like a second home in Jannas, there we play the way we work⛹️‍♀️. There are many sports for girls and boys and yes, if you're good it also opens future doors🌠 in this case they even sponsor you and pay for your Koshuis(boarding school) fees. It's been brought to my attention that also one of the former Springboks coach came from our school, cool right😎
We are also involved in culture, dancing arts and so forth, Pom poms💃they also allow learners to reveal their talents and explore the world literally🌎we have won many of these competitions and received invitations to talent Africa
Our school also helps alot of unfortunate learners from the ones without food to the ones without sanitary🙂by providing certain needs for them so as a person you can develop a good and caring state of mind in that school
One thing I'm proud of is that as a school they have learnt to welcome English HL students because it wasn't always a Afrikaans AND English based school(and yes that also had its own disadvantages) like it is now💌it also makes life for students less challenging
The most important part is that we actually enjoy it and treat each other like family❤️👪
A high school isn't always perfect so I think that's what makes Hoerskool Jan Viljoen a good school, it has its disadvantages and it can turn them to advantages⚔️ I actually ended up loving my school because it taught me so much a person should know🌹🌹
