Bad, Terrible and Disgusting

Parents I advise to you, NEVER LET YOUR CHILD ATTEND THIS SCHOOL! The teachers will not teach properly and mostly likely pick on your child if they don’t have a cute, innocent sounding voice and short hair with pigtails! The school has this system called the “top ten” where were children are ranked based on their academics and if they are ranked among the top 10 then they get called up on stage where everybody to see, it’s basically like an achievement but don’t get too excited because it is totally RIGGED! Before you guys come attacking me hear me out! There is this child that has always came top academically ever since he joined the school but the worst thing is that his parents every school event and even volunteers to help out during these school events, you see where I am going with this! The principal also does nothing about bullying!

If I were you I would not even think of checking out their website or playing them to the school because, oh boy, you’re going to be in for an unpleasant surprise!

Concerned Parent

Not a great experience at all. Bullying left unchecked and swept under the carpet yet the well mannered kids are called into question when they defend themselves against bullies. Promises of investigating incidents come to nothing. Some Ill-mannered teachers who lack emotional maturity and are in need of basic sensitivity training. Majority of the children are ill-mannered and left to their own devices even in the classroom. One of my major concerns is that they are not preparing the children adequately for High School. My child is bright but she was not prepared and ready for the jump from Grade 6 to Grade 7 and I fear she won't be ready to handle Grade 8. Her books are mostly kept at school or handed in to the class teacher at the end of the lesson. We don't get to see what is done through the year and what it is we need to help out kid with.
How I discovered the level at which my child is not at an adequate level was when I applied for scholarships. The seemingly simple essays required from my child proved to be too complicated.
It's a little too late to do anything right now and we will have to help in the form of providing extra academic support even though her average is around 89%. I fail to see how she gets there but cannot do what her cousin can do who is at the same age at a different school.
I really hope that they are not fooling parents into thinking that their kids are doing well but are not at the level they should be?
Be wary of sending your child to this school. It may just be a waste especially when your child is academically bright.

The Smoke Screen School

Sadly not a school that delivers. The deputy and certain staff have no manners. Money wasted. Mathematics is taught incorrectly and this is why learners end up struggling in high school. Parents please be careful. Your children are better off elsewhere.
