poopy school, teachers cant teach curriculum, really bad facilities, bad classrooms, can't afford plastic chairs apparently??? Really bad money management, especially in the sports department. The school looked nice atleast until they painted it white and blue, now it looks like a township school. They ruined all the charm, the school use to be fine like 4 years ago until ADVtech bought the school and quite literally ruined it. It's I'm pretty sure one of the only highschools in plett yet it sucks horribly. The only good thing is that its Cambridge, guess what, they're turning it into IEB too. No wonder the grade 8 class only had FOUR PEOPLE after they all left to better schools. The only good teacher is Mr Van Wyk and I hope he gets to move to a better school. I can't wait to leave this school bro.

Worst private school I ever seen.

I am a parent at GBC since 2016 and had Many meeting with the 3 principals during this time ..
Please be aware that most teachers at GBC cannot teach the Cambridge Curriculum..
It's a bold statement , but sadly it's true .

I took my kids out of GBC after many, many issues. I regret now that I waited so long to move them to better schools in the in the Eastern Cape area .
The biggest issue is that that GBC don't pay their teachers good salaries .

Most parents realise after they moved their kids to other schools that they battle in the beginning because the standard is not on the same level than GBC

I hope that the Company running GBC can realise that their business model isn't working.
