Fields college, a school that disables black personal development.Thriving in racism and the policing of black hair, young women are told that their dreads are dirty and they're afro's are messy and too big. our young black men are labelled as gangsters when being appreciative of their black culture embracing hairstyles that shape their identities whilst white hair changes colour like underwear under the jurisdiction that cherry red is your natural hair color there is even segregation among black teaches and their white co-workers

Discipline but boring
