Complaint
I would like to formally complain about the conduct of the person or people responsible for opening and closing the school gate. Due to ongoing bus service issues over the past two days, my sibling was forced to walk from Lawley to Ennerdale to attend school and arrived at approximately 08:30. Despite the circumstances and the effort made to attend school, she was turned away and told that the bus issue was not their responsibility. I find this response deeply concerning, as it shows a lack of empathy and disregard for learner safety and well-being. Learners should be treated with understanding and dignity, especially during situations beyond their control, and I request that this matter be addressed to prevent similar incidents in the future.
