Education Assistant Position
Disrespectful and rude teachers with an unprofessional work ethic, hierarchy of power (see other staff members as beneath them). No proper management style, cannot deligate duties effectively. Stressful and unethical working environment, not 100% sanitary during covid(covid protocols not being followed), short staffed and teacher absenteeism which leads to students being free most of the day therefore no social distancing.
