Curro Serengeti sells the illusion of quality education, but behind the glossy brochures lies a toxic environment. The teaching is weak, with many teachers unable to deliver lessons properly. Worse, racism is openly tolerated: white and Indian girls are allowed to wear their hair down, while Black girls, even when neat, clean, and well-groomed, are singled out, shamed, and told they look “untidy.” This blatant double standard is disgusting and demeaning.
Bullying runs rampant, and the school does little to protect its students. Discipline is almost nonexistent, and the atmosphere is hostile rather than nurturing. Staff members are not only unhelpful but outright rude, treating parents and learners with arrogance instead of respect. Given the high fees, families deserve professionalism and fairness, but they often experience discrimination, chaos, and neglect.
Curro Serengeti is not worth your money, your trust, or your child’s well-being. Between incompetent teaching, racist practices, unchecked bullying, and rude staff, this school fails on every level. I strongly advise parents to look elsewhere — this institution is a disappointment and a danger to the values education should stand for.
