Staff at reception and the woman who runs the school shop are racist, rude and cold. This is a first hand experience from a student who spent 8 years at this school. These Frontline workers provided and do provide terrible reflections on the school. I have never ever had a pleasant experience with these staff. Walking into reception feels like you are walking into a prison as opposed to a primary school. Do better and replace your staff with people who are actually kind and not racist, especially to children!

Strange how when you call reception they advise you that they are still accepting applications for 2027 but she can't tell you if your child will get accepted or not. I mean, you are either have place or not. Which means what? The school has quotas to fill? The. You get rejected on an application? The child doesn't even get assessed? Not happy!

Teachers can't cope with the intense workload so parents are harassed into medicating. Many don't need the meds just need that little extra from the teacher, who is unable to provide it. Also bullying (physical and emotional) is a big problem. Sometimes also emotional bullying by certain teachers.

It's a good school, very well managed with most teachers and support staff very professional and doing their best. However there are those staff members who are not very friendly. Reception and school uniform shop staff are cold and rude. I have interacted with them on a few occasions but I what I noticed is is that it depends on who they dealing with. They can be friendly to some other people but to others they are rude and not professional. Have few parents complaining on the same issue. It's like they are doing you a favour. Very sad that we still have people who never want to transform. School leadership needs to work on this.

This is a great opportunity for children to have a good memory and experience.
