TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND WHAT WILL THE SCHOOL CHANGE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

I am beyond DISGUSTED with the state of this school. The place is a mess — literal HOLES in the ground, kids running around playing “knock and run” DURING LESSONS, and no one seems to care! Where is the discipline? Where is the basic safety?

Let’s talk about your TEACHERS. Rude. Unhelpful. Some can’t even bother to explain the schoolwork — they just dump mountains of it on our kids and walk away. And don’t even get me started on the so-called “cleaners” — who are equally rude, disrespectful, and clearly treat children differently based on who they like or don’t. It’s disgusting.

And now let’s talk about the RIDICULOUS prices for your events. R110 for what? To wear casual clothes and dance in the basement? That’s a SCAM, not a function. While you’re wasting our money, the principal is too “busy” to address real issues, like unfair dress codes — forcing girls to wear THIN DRESSES in the freezing cold. And when they fall sick? Oh, guess what — I have to pay for the medicine, while you all pretend it's not your fault.

The school has the nerve to CALL ME when my daughter wears pants to stay warm, threatening to send her home or make her stand in the cold like she’s a criminal — all because of your hypocritical “uniform rules.” If you’re so strict, why don’t the TEACHERS follow the same dress code? No pants, no tracksuits — let’s see how they like it.

And yes, I’ve heard about that ONE prefect constantly bothering my daughter. Why is this being allowed? Why are boys in her class getting away with calling girls disrespectful names like "b*tch" and "bop"? This is harassment, and NOTHING is being done!

Oh — and stop insulting our intelligence. That’s NOT a kota you’re selling. Brown bread with chips? Really? Who do you think you’re fooling?

I am completely DONE. My daughter will NOT be returning next year, and I will tell every single parent I know to keep their children FAR away from this place. This school is a JOKE, and I am sick of paying for the punchline.

DO BETTER.

Unhappy Parent

As a parent, I’m really disappointed with the way things are being handled at this school. We are constantly asked to pay for everything, and the prices are simply outrageous. Charging R200 for a basic school activity — without even providing food or refreshments — is unfair to us as parents.

What’s even more concerning is how some children are excluded from lessons if school fees aren’t paid. That kind of treatment is not only unfair to the child, but it's also not how a learning environment should operate. The school often feels disorganised, and I've noticed that discipline among the students is seriously lacking. Many of the children are disrespectful, and it doesn't seem like enough is being done about it.

On the academic side, I'm not confident that all teachers are keeping up with the pace or standard they promise. My child is not always understanding the content as expected, and support seems limited.

Lastly, the uniform policy is unnecessarily strict. My daughter, who is in high school, feels frustrated that she can't even add a bit of colour to her hair or wear jewellery without it being confiscated. It’s important for teenagers to have a way to express themselves, and when even small freedoms are taken away, it pushes them to want to leave the school altogether.

There needs to be a serious review of priorities here — both academically and in terms of how students and parents are treated. I am truly disappointed

I want my money

I enrolled my two kids at Amazing Grace last year and every month they would send a message saying I'm behind with fees only to find out that I actually even paid more, had I not gone to the school I was not going to be aware, they paid half of the advance I went there on Tuesday the head of Finance told me to send an email so he can process the refund at 1st he said it takes 30 working days, I sent the email he didn't even acknowledge it, only for me to call him today and ask him if he has seen my email and if the refund is processed he said it now takes 20 working days, I then asked to speak to someone superior than him only for him to tell me he will process the refund, this is totally heartbreaking and wrong I believe I'm not the only parent who was going to loose her money and not ve aware, what kind of people are these

I am not happy I want my money

Good school

In my opinion the school unlocks our kids potential and the teachers push the kids to the best of their ability. Just lacks good management

Disorganised school ever

I dont think if all teachers are qualified at AGPs and also if you skip a month without paying a monthly school fees they exclude the kids from class of whuch that's abuse tgey should deal with parents when it comes to school fees, and also even if you wanna meet with the principal she's always busy what she's good at she shout our kids.

Amazing Grace Private school

The school is extremely disorganized. The learners have no order.Particular activities are never on time. The school has no time management
