Experience
Some of the teachers are really good , others from higher grades are used to fill in for teachers leaving or on maternity leave with no experience or patience for kids in the lower grades. They have 0 planning and everything is last minute also kids break Is even too short for them to eat their lunch + they need to utilize the time to use the toilet aswell.
