Heads up before you apply!
Un-accomodating 25/07/2025 They have implemented a drastic change, NO KNOTLESS BRAIDS they only want girls to do straightback or front-up, and shoulder length braids, no singles allowed. How ridiculous, primary schools aren't even this strict on hair They expect everyone to braid in natural colours And when girls do that, they say the colour isn't natural They expect black girls, yes BLACK GIRLS, to have only black coloured hair They don't expect you to have dark orange, ginger or brown hair whe...

The teachers
The teachers are terrible! They are over obsessed with getting a 100% rate for matrics. They will do whatever it takes even if it means making you attend school every Saturday, public holidays , during school holiday. The male teachers are dirty minded and make perverted jokes with their young students everyday. The women teachers throw tantrums everyday. These teachers are unbearable . They mock religion with no remorse and are overall atheistic.

My experience
My final year I started the year with a medical condition to be fair I didn't know what it was neither did anyone else however it did cause chaos in my surroundings My classmates weren't fond of it so they mocked my situation I hated going to school as it would happen daily the principal before the year was not tolerable to bullying l guess my situation was different I then got differently accommodated as l requested but that took a drastic turn when l got accused of misconduct I guess my essay was too perfect for mi profile I then notice that my report stated two different results for one subject in one term term 2 the subject was history

ATS Flaws

Clean our toilets
It's great school but they need to start cleaning our toilets. The toilets are horrible.

The school is great , the teachers too but they must start cleaning the toilets that the students use. The toilets are horrible and girls might end up getting infected

DO NOT GO TO AHMED TIMOL SECONDARY
Ahmed timol is a very bad school, majority of the teachers here do not know how to teach and when majority of kids are absent they still write tests and when u come back the next day they dont make u write it and they fail you at the end of the term and they really don't bother And for grade 9 subject choices they dont give u career guidance like they should 0/0 do not recommend Also theres no sports here whatsoever
